Event Details
- Prepared Childbirth class offered for couples who cannot attend multiple weekday classes.
- My next class is scheduled for Friday September 24 (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM) and Saturday September 25 (9 AM - 3 PM). We will break for lunch from 12:30 - 1:00pm.
- This is 8 hours of class time covering the following topics: nutrition, normal labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques for labor, pain medications in labor, unexpected outcomes in labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
- Fee for this class is $80.00 per couple. Payments should be made by check or cash at first class. Please click on "Register" link above to reserve your spot online (registration is free but class is not) or you can call 919-313-2218 to register or ask questions. Spaces are limited.
- Medicaid covers this class at 100%. (you will not need to pay) Some priviate insurance companies will cover full or partial reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider for more details.
- Please where comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket to class.
